Keyboard Settings
Changing the keyboard and language settings to a different region
1. Go to Start -> Control Panel. Switch to Classic mode for more options.
2. Click on “Regional and Language Options”
3. Click on the “Languages” tab.
4. Click on the “Details” button to display the Text Services and Languages window.
5. In the Default Input Language section, select your language/country.
6. In the Installed Services section, click “Add” button.
7. In the Add Input Language window, select your language/country in the drop-down menu. Select your language in the drop-down menu below as well (if you live in the UK, this should be just “US”).
8. Click “OK”, “OK”, “Apply” and “OK”.
