Add a contact in Windows Live Messenger
1. Open Windows Live Messenger and sign in
2. At the top, click on “Contacts”, then “Add a contact…”.
3. Insert the e-mail address and other bits of information.
4. Click “OK”. The contact will be added with their personal message when they accept your adding.
