Default iTunes file path
The default iTunes file path (where iTunes stores music files when you import the CD) is:

C:\Documents and Settings\(user name)\My Documents\My Music\iTunes\iTunes Music

Go to Edit -> Preferences -> Advanced tab -> Change button to change the default location of the files.
